Here we are in Warrnambool,SW, Australian. It is 262 km southwest of Melbourne and it took us three days to get here along the coast.
One night we had a room with a patio facing the forest. We had a picnic table on our deck and before we even got settled in we had company....lots of red and green parrots. They ate seeds which were had in our room right out of our hands. we took pictures. The bad birds were not seagulls but yellow crested cockatoos. They are white and a large as seagulls. They like to steal the smaller birds food.
At about 3 in the morning we heard a noise on the patio. It was a possom looking for food too.
we could have hand fedm it but didn't know at the time.
Yesterday we saw a stingray that was about 65 cm across in the water where people were diving of off the wharf and fishing.
Tomarrow we head towards Adelaide and then towards Kangaroo Island.
Tonight we are going to try to put some pictures on the blog.
Carl was happy to hear that the Maple Leafs beat Boston 4-3.
